Background The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Tulsa District (SWT) is issuing a solicitation for janitorial services at the Tulsa Resident Office. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the office facilities are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, supporting the agency's mission to provide essential engineering services. Work Details The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and supplies to perform janitorial services as specified. Key tasks include: 1. Remove Trash: Empty waste receptacles and replace liners; remove waste from the building to an outdoor dumpster. 2. Clean Sinks, Toilets, Showers, and Urinals: Use germicidal detergent to clean and remove stains. 3. Surfaces: Dust all surfaces including desks, cabinets, and furniture with appropriate cleaning products. 4. Sweep/Wet Mop Floors: Clean hard floors using a wet mop and neutral detergent solution. 5. Strip/Wax and Refinish Floors: Remove wax or sealer without damage; apply two coats of wax finish after thorough cleaning. 6. Clean Windows, Mirrors, Door Handles, and Knobs: Ensure all glass surfaces are streak-free after cleaning. 7. Carpet: Vacuum and clean carpets using manufacturer-recommended solutions. 8.
