Background The Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Education (BIE), Division of Acquisitions is issuing this solicitation for Psychologist Services to support the educational needs of students at Mariano Lake Community School. The goal is to provide comprehensive psychological services, including diagnostics and behavioral health support, to enhance student well-being and academic performance. This contract is set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE). Work Details The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to deliver Psychologist Diagnostic services at Mariano Lake Community School. Services include: - Conducting psychological assessments and evaluations. - Developing individualized education plans based on assessment results. - Providing counseling and therapeutic interventions as needed. - Collaborating with school staff and parents to support student mental health needs. - Participating in parent-teacher conferences and providing training or workshops on mental health topics as required. The contract will cover a total of 1,808 hours over the period of performance, which includes hours during the school year, summer sessions for compensatory education services, and additional hours for parent-teacher conferences. Period of Performance Base Year: July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027; Option Year 1: July 1, 2027, to June 30, 2028; Option Year 2: July 1, 2028, to June 30, 2029.
