Comprehensive Update of the City of New Haven Coastal Program

Background

The City of New Haven is seeking qualified companies to provide planning services for the Comprehensive Update of its Coastal Program under the Long Island Sound (LIS) Resilience Planning Support Program. This initiative aims to enhance the resilience of coastal areas in response to environmental challenges.

Work Details

The selected company will be responsible for providing comprehensive planning services, which may include assessments, stakeholder engagement, and development of strategies to improve coastal resilience. Specific tasks may involve analyzing current coastal conditions, identifying vulnerabilities, and proposing actionable solutions to enhance sustainability and resilience in the coastal areas of New Haven.

Period of Performance

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must possess a current Certificate of Legal Existence or Authorization from the Connecticut Secretary of State. Companies must demonstrate a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan and comply with Connecticut's sexual harassment training requirements as per General Statute §46a-54(15). Additionally, companies should provide evidence of relevant experience and qualifications through required forms and documentation.
