Shoreline Resilience Feasibility and Concept Design for a Fairfield Beach

Background

The University is seeking qualified companies to provide planning services for the Shoreline Resilience Feasibility and Concept Design project at Fairfield Beach. This initiative is part of the LIS Resilience Planning Support Program aimed at enhancing shoreline resilience.

Work Details

The selected company will be responsible for providing comprehensive planning services, which include but are not limited to: conducting feasibility studies, developing concept designs, and preparing necessary documentation as required by the LIS Resilience Planning Support Program. Companies must submit Cost Proposals and Statements of Qualifications as part of their bid.

Period of Performance

The contract performance period will commence upon award and is expected to continue until the completion of the project, with specific timelines to be outlined in the final agreement.

Place of Performance

The work will be performed at Fairfield Beach, Connecticut.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must possess a current Certificate of Legal Existence or Authorization from the Connecticut Secretary of State. Additionally, companies must demonstrate a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan and comply with Connecticut's sexual harassment training requirements as defined in Connecticut General Statute §46a-54(15).
