The University is seeking qualified companies to provide planning services for the Feasibility Assessment and Conceptual Design for Resilient Waterfront Access Beneath I-95 at Yellow. This project is part of the LIS Resilience Planning Support Program, aimed at enhancing resilience in waterfront access areas.

Work Details

The selected company will be responsible for conducting a feasibility assessment and developing a conceptual design for resilient waterfront access beneath I-95 at Yellow. The scope includes evaluating existing conditions, identifying potential design solutions, and preparing necessary documentation to support the planning process.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must possess a current Certificate of Legal Existence or Authorization from the Connecticut Secretary of State. Additionally, companies must demonstrate a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan and comply with Connecticut's sexual harassment training requirements as defined in Connecticut General Statute §46a-54(15).
