Scope of Work

The New York Convention Center Operating Corporation (NYCCOC) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide corporate communications and/or public relations agency services at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center (The Center). Services to be provided include, but are not limited to: - Developing and executing comprehensive corporate communications strategies - Managing public relations initiatives to enhance the Center's visibility and reputation - Supporting media relations and outreach efforts - Other related communications and PR services as required by the Center

Background

The NYCCOC is responsible for the operation and management of the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center. This solicitation seeks to engage a qualified firm to support the Center's communications and public relations needs. There have been no business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years.

Contract Requirements

- Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) participation goal: 6.00% - Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) participation goal: 15.00% - Women Business Enterprise (WBE) participation goal: 15.00%
