Scope of Work

The New York Power Authority (NYPA) is seeking a vendor to provide software designed for fleet electrification feasibility studies. The selected software will: - Assist in the creation of a fleet transition plan to help NYPA customers achieve their electrification goals. - Support the transition to zero-emissions vehicles for NYPA customers. - Enable fleet management based on load balancing, EV and EVSE costs, capital and operational expenditures, with or without AI integration. - Include the ability to model various scenarios to optimize fleet management efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with New York State and local mandates.

This solicitation is issued by the New York Power Authority (NYPA), also referred to as "the Authority."

Background

NYPA is committed to supporting its customers in transitioning to zero-emissions vehicle fleets. The Authority is seeking a comprehensive software solution to facilitate feasibility studies and develop actionable fleet transition plans in alignment with state and local requirements.

Contract Requirements

The vendor must furnish all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the project, except for any services, materials, or equipment specifically identified in the contract documents as being provided by others. Bidders must demonstrate commensurate experience with similar projects. The contract may be fulfilled through a Sub-Contract, Joint Venture, or Co-Production arrangement.

Bidders are required to use the New York Power Authority's website at www.nypa.gov to obtain instructions for participating in the bidding process via Ariba. Additional Information

The event will take place at NYPA's White Plains Office in White Plains, New York. There are no MWBE or SDVOB goals associated with this solicitation. Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years include JD Power.
