Work Details

The contract involves the renewal of the support services for Case Catalyst software provided by Stenograph. Support will be available during business hours for a total of 56 users, which is a reduction from the previous count of 65 users. Vendors are required to refer to the attached Open Market Quote Appendix B for detailed specifications and pricing information. To finalize the sale, vendors must complete and sign the attached lobby law forms and Appendix A.

Period of Performance

The period of performance for this contract will be from June 22, 2026, to June 21, 2027.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed at locations specified by the New York State Workers' Compensation Board.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with specific certifications as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB). There is no set goal percentage for participation, and there are no stated goals for Minority/Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) or Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation.
