The Oldfield Sidewalk Replacement project is issued by the New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD). The contractor will perform the following tasks: 1. Subgrade Preparation: - Grade and excavate pathway to required depth for new base material. - Compact existing subgrade dirt. - Supply, place, and compact a minimum of 4" crushed aggregate base to 95% relative compaction. 3.
