Bidder Requirements

Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for June 10, 2026. Only bids from contractors who attend this meeting will be accepted. Bidders are required to comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-7.2 regarding minority and female percentage goals: a minimum of 15% minority participation and 6.9% female participation per skilled craft is required. This project has been designated as a Small Business Set-Aside Opportunity with a goal of awarding 25% of the total contract value to a Small Business Enterprise (SBE).
