Utilizing appropriate leak detection methods such as electronic detectors or soap solutions during the diagnosis phase. 5. Repairing any additional leaks found during the diagnosis and conducting a final pressure test to confirm that the system is leak-free before recharging it with refrigerant provided by the CDOC.

The anticipated start date for the purchase order is May 26, 2026, with an expected completion date following the successful repair and recharge of the compressor rack system.
