Work Details

The contractor will provide specialized legal services including: - Reviewing and advising on criminal investigations; - Presenting cases to the Grand Jury; - Handling all court appearances, hearings, and motions; - Conducting witness interviews; - Preparing for trials; - Trying cases through verdict; - Assuming responsibility for cases at any stage, including mid-proceeding substitutions due to conflicts. These services are critical for maintaining prosecutorial continuity in complex, sensitive, or high-profile criminal matters.

Period of Performance

The contract term is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed within the jurisdiction of the Second Judicial District in New Mexico.

Bidder Requirements
