GIS Software Enterprise License Agreement Provision

Background

The County of Dona Ana, NM is seeking to enter into a Sole Source Agreement with Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (Esri) for the provision of GIS software licenses and maintenance. Esri is recognized as the sole source provider for all U.S. domestic Small Municipal and County Government Enterprise Agreements, which include bundled software licenses and maintenance services necessary for effective deployment within governmental organizations.

Work Details

The contract includes a Small Municipal and County Government Enterprise Agreement that encompasses: - A three-year subscription for ArcGIS Enterprise Software and Extensions, including various capabilities such as ArcGIS Image Server, ArcGIS Monitor, and multiple user types (e.g., Viewer, Contributor, Mobile Worker) with specified capped quantities. - Specific products listed include: - ArcGIS Enterprise Software (Advanced and Standard) - ArcGIS Online User Types with capped quantities (e.g., 100 Contributors, 300 Mobile Workers) - Additional capabilities such as ArcGIS 3D Analyst and ArcGIS Spatial Analyst. - Maintenance services including Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for technical assistance during the term of the agreement. - Training passes for Esri training sessions are also included: Year 1 (15 passes), Year 2 (12 passes), Year 3 (12 passes).

Period of Performance

The period of performance for this contract is three years, commencing from the effective date upon receipt of an ordering document by Esri.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed primarily in Dona Ana County, NM.

Bidder Requirements

Esri is the sole source provider for this agreement; therefore, no additional certifications or registrations are required from bidders. The agreement stipulates that any modifications or additional terms proposed by the customer will not apply unless expressly agreed upon by Esri.
