Informatica Maintenance Renewal

Background

The Maryland State Department of Education is issuing a Purchase Order Request for Proposals (PORFP) for the renewal of Informatica maintenance under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012) contract. This solicitation is limited to Master Contractors who have been awarded a contract under the specified COTS framework, with the goal of ensuring continued support and maintenance for Informatica software products.

Work Details

The contract will cover the following products and services: 1. Renewal Maintenance for Informatica PowerCenter 8 Standard Edition, Multi-core Repository, Multi OS - Quantity: 1 2. Renewal Maintenance for Informatica PowerCenter 8 Standard Edition, Multi-core (8+) per CPU-core, Multi-OS Production - Quantity: 24 3. Renewal Maintenance for Informatica Partitioning Option, Multi-core (8+) per CPU-core, Multi-OS Production - Quantity: 24 4. Renewal Maintenance for Informatica Team-based Development Option, Multi-core Base, Multi-OS Production - Quantity: 1 5. Renewal Maintenance for Informatica PowerExchange for DB2 for Linux UNIX Windows (per repository) - Quantity: 1 Additionally, the Master Contractor must provide new and unused software, ensure that all proposed software is virus-free, and furnish all necessary agreements and terms related to the use of the products.

Period of Performance

The period of performance is expected to commence upon contract award and will include specific deliverable dates as outlined in the proposal. Notably, some licenses are due by June 13, 2025.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed at the Maryland State Department of Education located at 200 West Baltimore Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21201.

Bidder Requirements

Only Master Contractors awarded under the COTS 2012 contract are eligible to submit bids. The Master Contractor must be an authorized reseller for Informatica and provide a Letter of Authorization if requested. Bids must include a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) and comply with all invoicing requirements as specified in the solicitation.
