Waterless Boat Cleaning Stations

Background

Central Arkansas Water (CAW) is the largest water supplier in Arkansas, serving approximately 500,000 residents. The agency plays a crucial role in public health and economic well-being by providing water to various industries and communities. This Invitation to Bid (ITB) is issued to obtain pricing and a contract for three (3) waterless boat cleaning stations, which are essential for maintaining environmental standards in local waterways.

Work Details

The contractor will provide three (3) complete waterless boat cleaning systems that include: 1. Three (3) enclosed 120V systems with optional Off-Grid 500W solar array, battery, DC inverter equipment, IoT controller, blower & compressor system, wet/dry vacuum & tankage, tethered brush, wrench, grabber, and marine LED lights. 2. Three (3) pre-cast reinforced concrete bases for Station and Wayside measuring 94” long, 40.5” wide, 5” thick with a mounting frame/bolts and service hole. 3. Custom exterior large unit wrap installed on each unit with laminated vinyl and UV protection designed by the customer. 4. Two (2) spare hand tool kits including an extra hand tool set with a 32" brush, plug wrench, grabber, crimper tool, crimp nuts, and cable whips. 5. Software setup and annual software maintenance.

Period of Performance

The complete waterless boat cleaning stations are expected to be ready for acceptance before September 30, 2026.

Place of Performance

Delivery will be made to Central Arkansas Water at Lake Maumelle located at 10629 Arkansas Highway 300, Roland, AR 72135.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must provide a warranty period for the three (3) waterless boat cleaning stations on the official pricing sheet. Additionally, bidders must comply with all applicable federal and state laws regarding insurance coverage including Workers’ Compensation and General Liability insurance with specified limits.
