Classification and Compensation Consultant Services

Background

The City of Goodyear Human Resources Department is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Classification and Compensation Consultant Services. The goal of this contract is to review and develop the job classification structure and conduct a total compensation analysis for the City. The consultant will consider stakeholder input, market conditions, and industry trends to make recommendations for updates to the existing classification and compensation system. A final product that allows for future updates to classifications and compensation is also required to support organizational growth.

Work Details

The selected consultant will be responsible for: 1. Reviewing the existing classification and compensation system of the City of Goodyear. 2. Conducting a total compensation analysis that includes market comparisons and industry trends. 3. Engaging with stakeholders to gather input on current classifications and compensation structures. 4. Providing recommendations for updates to the classification structure based on findings from the analysis. 5. Delivering a final report that includes a comprehensive overview of findings, recommendations, and a framework for ongoing updates to classifications and compensation as needed.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be completed within a specified timeframe that aligns with project milestones as outlined in the proposal.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed at the City of Goodyear, located at 1900 N. Civic Square, Goodyear, AZ 85395.
