Background The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) has a requirement to replace and update the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and downstream panels at the Wyoming Area Office located in Mills, Wyoming, in Natrona County. The goal of this contract is to ensure reliable power supply and maintenance of other utilities as part of their operational infrastructure. Work Details The contractor shall perform the following tasks: replace and install new UPS systems, update downstream panels, and ensure all work meets the specifications outlined in Section J, Attachments. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary equipment, labor, materials, and supervision to complete the project. The work must comply with Reclamation Safety and Health Standards (RSHS) and OSHA regulations. Additionally, the contractor must provide a Project Execution Plan (PEP), detailing the schedule and methodology for installation, testing, and commissioning of the UPS systems. Period of Performance The contract will commence within 60 calendar days after award and is expected to be completed within 1000 calendar days. The overall period of performance is from October 1, 2026, to June 30, 2030. Place of Performance The construction projects will be performed at the Bureau of Reclamation Wyoming Area Office located in Mills, Natrona County, Wyoming.
