Background The Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Education (BIE), Division of Acquisitions is issuing this solicitation for Speech Therapy Services to support the Mariano Lake Community School. The goal is to provide necessary speech therapy services to students, ensuring compliance with educational standards and enhancing student learning outcomes. This contract is set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE). Work Details The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, and incidentals necessary for Speech Therapy Services at Mariano Lake Community School. The services include: - Providing speech therapy sessions to students as per their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). - Conducting assessments and evaluations to determine student needs. - Collaborating with teachers and parents to develop strategies for supporting students' communication skills. - Maintaining accurate records of therapy sessions and progress reports. - Participating in IEP meetings as needed. - Providing compensatory education services during summer sessions, totaling 336 hours. The estimated total hours for the contract are 1,808 hours over the performance period.
