Rental Services - Proposals for CRM Software

Solicitation of Proposals for CRM Software (Customer Relationship Management) For City of Columbus Rental Services, Recreation and Parks Department NOTE TO BIDDERS: Please read all specifications before submitting your proposal. All proposals delivered after the due date and time will not be considered. The City of Columbus, recreation and parks is obtaining information for the purchase of CRM software to enhance our customer service area. The term of this Contract shall be one year up to three years subject to annual approval and authorization. This Contract shall not automatically renew and is subject to annual appropriation approval by City Council. Bids due 6/2/2026 @ 1 PM Eastern Standard Time.
