Scope of Work

The contract involves the comprehensive build-out of an existing white-box area, previously used for storage, into three new offices for the Walworth County District Attorney. The work to be performed includes: - Selective demolition to facilitate the installation of two borrowed lites in the existing corridor - Modification of lighting, HVAC, and fire sprinkler systems to accommodate the new office layout - Extension of power and data services to the new office spaces - Construction of new walls using metal studs, gypsum wall board, and sound batt insulation - Installation of finishes including carpet, paint, and ceiling tiles - As a separate bid but included within this project, construction of a chain link enclosure around storage shelving located in the basement
