Strategic Advisory Services for Development of Comprehensive Project ECHO Funding Model

Background

The University of New Mexico (UNM) is seeking to engage The Bridgespan Group for strategic advisory services to develop a comprehensive funding model strategy for Project ECHO. This initiative is crucial as Project ECHO faces increasing funding challenges and a competitive philanthropic environment. The goal is to create a sustainable, diversified funding model that aligns with Project ECHO's strategic priorities and long-term growth objectives.

Work Details

Bridgespan will provide the following services: 1. Assess the current funding landscape; 2. Identify priority revenue streams; 3. Develop a multi-year funding strategy; 4. Design an operating model and implementation roadmap to enhance fundraising capacity and sustainability.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed from July 1, 2026, to March 6, 2028.

Place of Performance

The services will be provided remotely, with potential in-person meetings at Project ECHO's location in New Mexico.

Bidder Requirements

This is a sole source procurement due to Bridgespan's unique expertise in nonprofit funding strategy development, their proprietary methodologies, and their extensive prior engagement with Project ECHO.
