Smpd Materials Office Supplies

Background

The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the procurement of office supplies under the title 'SMPD Materials Office Supplies'. The goal of this contract is to establish a blanket order agreement for a period of three years, with an option for two one-year renewals, to supply various office materials as needed by NYCHA.

Work Details

The awarded vendor will be required to supply various office supplies including but not limited to: - Standard Daily Diary Reminder (5-3/4" x 8-1/4") - Red Large Book (7-11/16" x 12-1/8") - A variety of writing instruments including markers, pens, and pencils - Office equipment such as shredders and keyboards - Cleaning supplies like disinfecting wipes - Organizational tools such as folders and binders. The quantities are estimates based on current usage and may vary. All products must be ready for delivery within 30 days after receipt of order on an 'as needed' basis during the contract period. There is no minimum quantity per order.

Period of Performance

The contract will be in effect for three years with the possibility of two one-year extensions, starting from the award date.

Place of Performance

Deliveries will be made to various locations within New York City, specifically to NYCHA's Citywide/L.I.C. Warehouse located at 358554 NY 11101, United States.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with specific requirements including submission of all HUD forms. Vendors are entitled to one price increase per year upon review of supporting documentation justifying the increase. Payment terms are set at 2/10 Net 30. Samples may be required within ten days upon request for final review by NYCHA's Subject Matter experts.
