Background The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this solicitation for Boiler Economizer Inspection Services at the Oklahoma City VA Medical Center. The mission of the VA is to provide high-quality healthcare services to veterans. This contract aims to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of critical boiler systems within their facilities. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for performing inspections on Cleaver Brooks boilers 1, 2, and 3. The scope of work includes: 1. Conducting inspections on one boiler at a time, with each inspection estimated to last one week. 2. Evaluating system components and identifying any deficiencies or required repairs. 3. Coordinating any anticipated system impacts or outages in advance with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). 4. Providing all necessary labor, supervision, materials, and equipment for the inspections. 5. Ensuring compliance with all applicable safety, security, and infection control policies of the Oklahoma City VA Health Care System. 6. All materials used must be new unless specified otherwise.
