Signage for CAB Building

Background

The City of Pueblo is seeking a qualified Signage Contractor to design, fabricate/purchase, and install both interior and exterior signage for the City Annex Building located at 101 W Riverwalk Place, Pueblo, CO 81001. The goal of this contract is to enhance wayfinding and identification within the building through professional signage that meets the needs of the City and its departments.

Work Details

The contractor will provide the following signage: 1. Employee Only signs indicating restricted access. 2. Room signage that matches existing styles. 3. Vinyl Entrance Signs displaying the building name and possibly the City logo. 4. Vinyl Entrance Signs listing five departments: Civil Service, Planning and Community Development, Finance (Sales Tax and Finance), Human Resources, and City Attorney. 5. Department signs for each department, including two for Finance. 6. Two wayfinding signs on the 3rd floor directing to Finance (Sales Tax and Finance). 7. Reinstallation of existing signs that are sagging or drooping. 8. Removal of existing signs as necessary.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be completed within a timeline set by the City, with specific deadlines for proposal submission being May 21, 2026.

Place of Performance

The work will be performed at the City Annex Building located at 101 W Riverwalk Place, Pueblo, CO 81001.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must complete a Vendor Questionnaire and include a completed Bid Sheet in their proposal; no alternate quotes/forms will be considered. Bidders should demonstrate experience with similar projects through a portfolio showcasing previous relevant work.
