Scope of Work Requested

Lanmark Group is seeking qualified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Women's Business Enterprise (WBE), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) subcontractors to submit quotes for the renovation of bathrooms and associated asbestos abatement at the New York City College of Technology Pearl Building, located at 259 Adams Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201. All work must be performed in accordance with the Project Labor Agreement (PLA) and utilize union wages. The following trades are being considered for subcontracting opportunities: - Demolition - Asbestos Removal, Removal & Disposal of Universal Waste & Hazardous Waste

Miscellaneous Metals

- Carpentry, Architectural Woodwork, Solid Surface Fabrications - Firestops and Smokeseals, Joint Sealers - Steel Doors and Frames, Door Hardware, Access Doors and Panels - Louvers & Vents - Gypsum Drywall, Acoustical Panel Ceilings

Painting and Finishing

- Metal Toilet Partitions, Toilet Accessories

Fire Suppression

- Plumbing - HVAC - Electrical, Fire Alarm

Contract Requirements

All subcontracted work must adhere to the Project Labor Agreement (PLA) and be performed using union labor. The following participation goals have been established for this project: - Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) Goal: 6.00% - Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Goal: 18.00% - Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) Goal: 12.00%
