Scope of Work Requested

Skanska USA Civil is seeking cost proposals from qualified New York State subcontractors and vendors for the JPMC Metro North Viaduct - 270 Park Avenue Sector 2 1A and 1C project. The primary work involves: - Reconstruction of the existing Grand Central Terminal Train Shed Roofing - Demolition and replacement of existing concrete decking and stringers - Staged replacement of the existing superstructure, which will require supporting and resupporting the existing under-deck utilities There are multiple bidding opportunities available, including but not limited to:

Utilities Water

- MPT (Maintenance and Protection of Traffic)

Security Guard

- Toilets

Electrical Subcontractor

- Paving

Curbs and Sidewalks
