Increase User License Count for Entra

Background

The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is issuing this Purchase Order Request for Proposal (PORFP) to increase the user license count for the ReACT software, which is essential for self-service password reset functionalities. Work Details

The contract involves providing 60,000 additional user licenses for the ReACT software. The Master Contractor must be an authorized reseller for ReACT and must provide a detailed quote that includes the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). Additionally, the contractor is required to furnish all necessary agreements related to software licensing and ensure that the proposed software is virus-free. Bidder Requirements

Only Master Contractors awarded a contract under the COTS 2012 Master Contract are eligible to submit bids. The contractor must include a Letter of Authorization (LOA) with their bid and ensure compliance with all specified requirements including no restocking fees for returned items due to damage or incorrect shipments.
