Box 609), Purvis, MS, 39475, or submitted electronically. - After initial evaluation, vendors with acceptable proposals will be invited electronically to submit price bids during the Notification of Invitation to Bid on Wednesday, June 3, 2026. - Bidding will occur via electronic reverse auction at 2:00pm (CST) on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, lasting thirty (30) minutes and ending at 2:30pm (CST) the same day. - Official documents and electronic submissions are managed through Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com. - Questions regarding electronic bidding should be directed to Central Bidding at (225) 810-4814.
