The contractor must provide all materials, labor, tools, and related services for the project. Specific requirements include: - Modular carpet tiles for closed office spaces (approximately 3,800 SF). - LVT, LVP, or VCT flooring for hallways and open areas (approximately 5,900 SF). - Removal of existing carpets under stairs. - Installation of a new 4-inch vinyl wall base throughout the project area. - Preparation of existing floors to receive new flooring by removing debris and leveling surfaces.
