Background The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing this solicitation for radiopharmaceuticals to support the Nuclear Medicine Department at the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center in Wichita, KS. The goal of this contract is to provide essential radiopharmaceutical products and services over a five-year period through an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, which includes five twelve-month ordering periods from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2031. Work Details The contractor will supply various radiopharmaceuticals and related products as detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, licenses, permits, transportation, and incidentals necessary for the preparation and delivery of these products. Key requirements include: - Radiopharmaceuticals must be calibrated for 0600 Central Time and meet USP and FDA standards. - Products include: - Tc-99m Non-HEU Tetrofosmin UD: 2000 units (1-30 mCi) - Tc-99m Non-HEU NaTcO4 UD: 484 units (1-30 mCi) - Tc-99m Medronate UD: 134 units (1-25 mCi) - Tc-99m Sulfur Colloid UD: 20 units (1-10 mCi) - Tc-99m Non-HEU Macro Aggregated Albumin: 40 units (1-7 mCi) - Tc-99m Non-HEU Mebrofenin UD: 28 units (1-8 mCi) - I-123 USP NaI: 30 units (200 uCi Cap) - In-111 Autologous WBC Suspension: 5 units (1-25 mCi) - Xe-133 Xenon Gas: 40 units (20 mCi Vial) The contractor must ensure timely delivery within specified timeframes and maintain all necessary licenses throughout the contract period.
