Axway Secure Transport Renewal - Fy27

The contract includes the following products and services: 1. COTS Software: Axway Secure Transport Renewal - FY27, which includes: - SecureTransport Maintenance - Premier for ST Server for 2000 Users (1 unit) - SecureTransport Maintenance - Premier for ST Server for 10 Users (active) (1 unit) - SecureTransport Maintenance - Premier for ST Edges for 2000 Users (1 Active and 1 Passive) (2 units) 2. Installation and Training Services: Detailed descriptions of required services and deliverables must be provided by the vendor. 3. Manufacturer’s Software Warranty/Maintenance: Detailed description of warranty/maintenance requirements and deliverables must be provided.

Period of Performance

The period of performance is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.

Place of Performance

The place of performance is at MDOT/OTTS located at 7201 Corporate Center Dr, Hanover, MD 21076.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be registered to do business in the State of Maryland through the Department of Assessments and Taxation (SDAT). Vendors must also be authorized resellers for Axway and provide a Letter of Authorization if requested. Bids must include a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) and must be submitted via the eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) e-Procurement system.
