Geonexus Service And Support License Renewal

Background

The Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) is seeking to renew the Geonexus Service and Support License for Fiscal Year 2027. The goal of this contract is to ensure continued access to the Geonexus integration platform, which supports data management and integration services critical to MDOT's operations.

Work Details

The contract includes the following services and products: 1. COTS Software - Renewal of Geonexus Service & Support License for a 12-month subscription, supporting up to 1,000,000 records. 2. Installation and Training Services - Detailed descriptions of required services and deliverables are expected from the vendor. 3. Manufacturer’s Software Warranty/Maintenance - Detailed descriptions of warranty and maintenance requirements are also required. The vendor must provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from Geonexus as they must be an authorized reseller.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence on July 1, 2026, and conclude on June 30, 2027.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed at MDOT/OTTS located at 7201 Corporate Center Dr, Hanover, MD 21076.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be registered to do business in the State of Maryland through the Department of Assessments and Taxation (SDAT). They must also provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with their bid. A 'No Bid' form must be submitted if not bidding.
