Work Details

The contractor will supply and deliver miscellaneous bus parts, including but not limited to replacement components and consumable parts required for routine preventive maintenance and corrective repairs. All parts must be new, unused, and manufacturer-approved according to COTA specifications. The contractor must ensure timely delivery to support ongoing transit operations.

Period of Performance

The contract period will commence upon award and continue until all required parts have been delivered as specified in the solicitation. The bid response submission deadline is May 12, 2026, with recommended vendor selection on May 13, 2026.

Bidder Requirements
