City of Gaithersburg Occupational Health Services

The City of Gaithersburg is seeking quotes from qualified medical providers to deliver comprehensive Occupational Health Services for its workforce. The selected Contractor will be required to enter into a City contract to provide the following services: Pre-employment & fitness-for-duty exams Respirator clearances and fit testing Audiometry, spirometry, and medical surveillance Exposure-specific protocols (lead, silica, etc.) Injury/illness care & restricted duty determinations Drug/alcohol testing (DOT & non-DOT) Medical Facility must be located within 10 miles of the City of Gaithersburg.
