Flosum Licenses Renewal

Background

The Maryland State Department of Education’s (MSDE) Office of Early Childhood (OEC) is seeking to renew 8 Flosum licenses and 1 additional license. These licenses are essential for managing application code within the Salesforce Environment for the Child Care Scholarship (CCS) Portal. Flosum provides critical functionalities such as impact analysis of releases and pre-checks for deployments to prevent accidental overwriting of production code.

Work Details

The contractor is required to provide proof of renewal for 8 Flosum licenses and an additional license. The contractor must also submit the latest SOC2 Report, a current Accessibility Conformance Report (VPAT 2.5 or most recent WCAG), and an Accessibility Roadmap summarizing accessibility-related activities, improvements, and planned actions for the coming year. Additionally, the contractor must be an authorized reseller of Flosum.

Period of Performance

The contract is anticipated to commence on June 1, 2026, and will conclude on May 31, 2027.

Place of Performance

The work will be performed at the Maryland State Department of Education, Nancy S. Grasmick Building, located at 200 W. Baltimore Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21201.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be authorized resellers of Flosum and are encouraged to be small, minority, or veteran-owned businesses. They must submit a letter of interest, a resume demonstrating qualifications for the services requested, and a signed bid form including all final costs for completing the project.
