Background This procurement is a Small Business Set Aside for UPS Annual Maintenance Service, issued by the Navy Experimental Dive Unit (NEDU). The goal of the contract is to ensure the maintenance and operational readiness of UPS units located at NEDU, performed by authorized Eaton Field Service Engineers (FSE). The contract includes a base year plus four option years. Work Details The contractor shall provide annual maintenance services for various EATON UPS units, including: 1. Annual maintenance of EATON 9355 20KVA UPS (3 phase unit) and EATON 9PX 11KVA UPS (single phase), including preventative maintenance (PM) and battery PM, both available 5 days per week during normal business hours. 2. Next day maximum response for onsite parts and labor 'break-fix coverage' available 7 days per week, 24 hours per day. 3. Full on-site battery coverage including parts, labor, shipping, and proper disposal. 4. Documentation of maintenance and inspection reports within one month after service completion, detailing inspection results and recommendations for future actions. 5. Access to Government facilities will be provided to accomplish tasks outlined in the SOW. Period of Performance The period of performance is for a base year from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with four option years extending through June 30, 2031. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at the Navy Experimental Dive Unit (NEDU), located at Naval Support Activity Panama City.
