Summary

The Massachusetts Army National Guard (MA ARNG) is seeking an accredited institution of higher learning to provide professional seminar services. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to deliver a "General Flag Officer Seminar" and a "Leadership in Homeland Security Seminar" for senior government and civilian leaders. The services will be procured under a single-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a three-year ordering period and a maximum ceiling of $3,300,000.
