Posted: May 7, 2026, 10:39 a.m. EDT The Government's intent is to award approximately six firm-fixed priced IDIQ contracts for general road/civil construction and maintenance. Additional (or fewer) awards may be made if it is the Government's best interest to do so. Task orders placed off this IDIQ contract may be for service or construction activities. If clauses or provisions are specific to service or construction the IDIQ will indicate this. As work is identified, task order pricing requests (TOPR) will be sent to the IDIQ contract holders utilizing the procedures identified in the ordering procedures. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12445526Q0039 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for GMF Road and Civil Construction IDIQ The US. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service intends to make multiple award indefinite delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contracts for general road/civil construction and maintenance for the Green Mountain National Forest. The construction and maintenance would primarily consist of road and other transportation related repair and construction, however, may include other civil engineering construction work typically performed by road construction and excavation type contractors. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 237310 The small business size standard is 45 million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. The work is located within the Green Mountain National Forest (GMNF) located within the State of Vermont. Specific project areas will be identified on each task order.
