Background The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk is seeking qualified sources for contractor support for the Naval Information Warfighting Development Center (NIWDC) in support of the Electronic Warfare Database (EWD). This ongoing requirement involves providing professional, technical, and administrative support for cybersecurity operations within an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Information Level 6 (IL6) certified environment. The contract aims to ensure effective management and operation of two Elastic Cloud Compute instances and one integrated cloud-based Development Operations (DEVOPS) environment. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for: 1. Providing technical support for cybersecurity operations within the AWS IL6 environment. 2. Managing and maintaining two Elastic Cloud Compute instances. 3. Supporting the integrated cloud-based DEVOPS environment. 4. Ensuring compliance with federal security standards as outlined in Executive Order 13467 and HSPD-12, which includes obtaining Department of Defense Common Access Cards (DoD CAC) for contractor employees requiring access to federally controlled facilities and sensitive information. 5. Conducting business operations between 0700-1600 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. 6. Completing necessary onboarding documentation for contractor resources prior to the start date, including background investigations and security clearances as required by Navy security policy. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at locations designated by the Naval Information Warfighting Development Center, which may include various Navy Commands.
