Background The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Eastern Colorado Health Care System (ECHCS), is seeking to procure a specialized urodynamic examination and procedure chair for use in the Urology Service at the PFC Floyd K. Lindstrom Clinic. The goal of this contract is to support diagnostic testing of bladder and urethral function, which includes various procedures such as uroflowmetry and pressure-flow studies. Work Details The contract involves the procurement of one (1) Arco-matic 300M Examination and Treatment Chair in Titan Gray, along with additional components: - Arco-matic Foot Rests (set of 2) (Part Number: AF1099) - Arco-matic Funnel Holder on Swivel with Clamp (Part Number: AF1002) - Protective Cover - Extended Warranty for Years 3-5. The chair must meet specific salient characteristics including: 1. Electrically powered adjustments for height, backrest, seat tilt/pelvic elevation, and leg supports. 2. Supports upright seated position for uroflow testing and lithotomy positioning for invasive procedures. 3. Minimum patient weight capacity of 500 pounds with a maximum entry height not exceeding 22 inches. 4. Factory-designed perineal cutout suitable for catheterization and uroflowmetry. 5. Medical-grade cleanable, fluid-resistant surfaces. 6. Must operate on standard U.S. hospital electrical power (120 VAC). 7. New, current-generation equipment; refurbished items are not acceptable.
