Bidder Requirements

This solicitation is set aside for MBE dealers only. Bidders must have an active MBE certification at the time of solicitation closure. Quotes must be at or lower than existing contract pricing and valid for a minimum of 90 days. Bidders are required to include the applicable state contract number in their proposals; failure to do so will result in disqualification. Only responses that reference a current state contract will be considered.
