Background

The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) is seeking quotes from Ohio Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) suppliers for the procurement of Cisco hardware and licenses. The goal of this contract is to enhance network capabilities through the acquisition of high-performance networking equipment and associated licenses, aimed at supporting large-branch or enterprise edge deployments.

Work Details

The contract includes the following products and services: - 30 units of Cisco C9300X-NM-4C= Network Module, a compact, high-density, dual-rate network expansion module that delivers four hot-swappable 40/100 GbE uplinks to Catalyst 9300X switches. - 15 units of Cisco C8375-E-G2 Router, designed for large-branch or enterprise edge deployments. - 15 units of Cisco CON-L1NBD-C8375EG2 Maintenance, which includes 1 year Next-Business-Day, 8×5 advance replacement Cisco Smartnet support with CX Success Tracks Level 1. - 15 units of Cisco R-OS-L-E License, referring to Cisco OS Essentials – Large (Embedded Perpetual), designed for Cisco 8000 Series Secure Routers. - 15 units of Cisco C-NIM-WAN-2X Network Module, offering two Small Form-Factor Pluggable Plus (SFP+) ports capable of running at 100 Mbps, 1 Gbps, or 10 Gbps. - 15 units of Cisco LIC-ROS-L-A License, an 84-month subscription-based software license for advanced routing on Cisco 8000 Series Secure Routers. - 12 units of Cisco C9300-DNA-A-48-5Y License, a 5-year term subscription for the DNA Advantage software tier on a 48-port Catalyst 9300 Series switch. - 12 units of Cisco C9300-48-E-A-3 License, a 3-year subscription upgrade license for moving from the Essentials tier to the Advantage tier on a 48-port Catalyst 9300 switch.

Period of Performance

The contract performance period begins on May 6, 2026, and ends on May 21, 2026.

Place of Performance

The contract will be performed in Ohio.

This solicitation is set aside for certified MBE suppliers only. Bidders must have an active MBE certification at the time the solicitation closes to submit a response.
