Work Details

Base Bid

** - Install new footing for an 8-foot tall brick wall matching the existing building. - Install new black chain link fence including corner posts, line posts, top and bottom rails, fabric, and lockable swinging gates.

Alternate Bid Options

** - Repair existing decorative brick walls by replacing crumbling bricks and tuck-pointing mortar joints. - Remove existing decorative walls and build two new brick walls that match original specifications. - Additional alternates include various combinations of removal and repair of existing structures.

Period of Performance

The work is intended to be performed during normal work hours in the summer or early fall of 2026. The successful bidder will have 14 calendar days to complete all work once started.
