Work Details

The contractor will provide the following services:

Janitorial/Custodial Services

Twice a month cleaning for the District 1 office (2176 sq. ft.) and labor room (1920 sq. ft.). Services include sweeping and mopping floors, sweeping porches, vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, cleaning interior and exterior glass doors, cleaning interior windows and windowsills, sanitizing restrooms, and removing all trash to the on-site dumpster. These services will be performed on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays between 8 AM - 12 PM or 1 PM - 5 PM.

Carpet Cleaning Services

One-time carpet cleaning for the District 1 office at the request of the District Administrator. This service will be billed at the time of service.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed from the date of award through September 30, 2026.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed at 171 Sam Houston Blvd, Dothan, AL 36303.
