Work Details

The contractor will provide the following products and services: 1. One Hyosung Base Model MS500 Teller Cash Recycler (Serial Number: YO9000186). 2. One year of DynaCore — Cash to Core Automation Software, which includes: - A DynaCore Console and License that supports one TCR and connects to six online teller workstations. - Active Directory or Locally-controlled User Administration. - 15 customizable roles. - Flexible Robbery Duress and Built-in Alarm Contacts. - Full support for advanced TCR features including Audit and Add/Remove Cash Inventory with special cassettes. - Integration of Bill Discriminator totals along with TCR totals in the same deposit transaction. - Base Station option for standalone Buy/Sell cash transactions. 3. One year of maintenance for the Hyosung Base Model MS500 teller cash recycler, which includes: - All costs associated with service/labor, travel expenses, parts, and supplies for the term of the contract. - Maintenance and service must be performed by a certified technician, who will confirm receipt of service requests within 30 minutes and arrive on-site within 4 business hours. - Two preventative maintenance visits will be conducted bi-yearly, with scheduling managed by the vendor. - All shipping and handling costs are included in the total bid amount.

Period of Performance
