Background

The DHR Perry County is seeking HVAC preventive maintenance services for the fiscal year 2026. Work Details

The contractor will provide quarterly HVAC preventive maintenance services as specified in the attached documents. This includes: 1) Regular inspections and maintenance of HVAC systems; 2) Technician labor at standard hourly rates for repairs, including travel time; 3) A technician helper rate for additional support during repairs; 4) A cost-plus percentage for new parts sold; 5) Service call costs that cover travel to and from the site, including the first hour of labor.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon award and will continue through the fiscal year 2026, with specific service visits scheduled quarterly.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed at various county office locations in Perry County, Alabama.
