Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting and BDA Improvements

The Sudbury Public Schools is seeking bids for improvements to fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, and Bi-Directional Amplification (BDA) systems at Josiah Haynes and General John Nixon Elementary Schools. Work Details

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must provide a bid security consisting of a BID BOND, Cash or CERTIFIED CHECK equal to 5% of the bid price. A performance bond and labor/materials bond equal to 100% of the total contract price are required. Bidders must also submit a Division of Capital Asset Management approved Certificate of Eligibility and Update Statement with their bids. Compliance with Massachusetts public bidding laws is mandatory.
