Logan Energy Efficient Lighting

Background

The Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport) is soliciting Energy Management Services for MPA PROJECT NO. L1924-CX: Logan Energy Efficient Lighting at Logan International Airport in East Boston, MA. The goal of this contract is to implement energy efficiency upgrades to lighting and lighting controls across various locations within the airport, aligning with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 25A, Section C.

Work Details

The scope of work includes all preconstruction, design, permitting, construction, coordination, commissioning, and other services as outlined in the RFP for energy efficiency upgrades to lighting and lighting controls at locations across Logan International Airport. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive energy management services throughout the project lifecycle.

Period of Performance

The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to continue through the completion of all project phases as outlined in the RFP. Specific dates will be detailed in the Request for Proposals Package available on May 06, 2026.

Place of Performance

Logan International Airport, East Boston, MA.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be highly qualified and competent Energy Management Services entities, General Contractors, or Electrical Entities. Specific certifications or qualifications required will be detailed in the Request for Proposals Package.
