Pre Punched And Pre Fabricated Traffic Signs

Background

The City of Topeka, Kansas, is issuing a solicitation for the purchase of pre-fabricated traffic signs to support the Transportation Operations Traffic Section's yearly traffic sign maintenance program. This contract aims to ensure that the city has the necessary signage for effective traffic management.

Work Details

The contractor will provide the following pre-punched aluminum sign blanks: 1. 200 units of 0.80 GA pre-punched Aluminum Sign 24" x 18" R7-1 double HIP (Red on white No Parking Anytime with double arrow). 2. 100 units of 0.80 GA pre-punched Aluminum Sign 24" x 18" R7-1 right HIP (Red on white No Parking Anytime with right arrow). 3. 100 units of 0.80 GA pre-punched Aluminum Sign 24" x 18" R7-1 left HIP (Red on white No Parking Anytime with left arrow). 4. 300 units of 0.80 GA pre-punched Aluminum Sign 30" Octagon R1-1 HIP (Red on white STOP signs). 5. 40 units of 0.80 GA pre-punched Aluminum Sign 36" pentagon S1-1 R, Diamond Grade sheeting (Black on Fluorescent yellow green School with persons facing to the right). 6. 100 units of 0.80 GA pre-punched Aluminum Sign 36" pentagon S1-1 L, Diamond Grade sheeting (Black on Fluorescent yellow green School with persons facing to the left). All sign blanks must be pre-punched with 3/8" ROUND holes for mounting to PSST (Perforated Square Steel Tube) sign posts.

Period of Performance

This is a one-time purchase contract, and delivery timelines will be specified in the purchase order following bid acceptance.

Place of Performance

The ordered products are to be shipped to the City of Topeka, Transportation Operations Traffic Section located at 927 NW Harrison St., Topeka, KS 66608.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must provide complete descriptive literature and technical specifications for evaluation. All bids must include pricing FOB Destination, Prepaid and Allowed. Bidders are responsible for uploading necessary documentation with their bid response and must comply with K.S.A. provisions regarding discrimination.
