Background

Work Details

The contract requires leasing up to 10,800 net usable square feet of office space located in Willimantic. The premises must include on-site, reserved, paved, and lighted parking for 71 cars. The space must be accessible to individuals with disabilities and public transportation. Preference will be given to proposals that offer renewal options and/or termination clauses.

Period of Performance

The lease term will be for five (5) years, starting from the date of acceptance of the proposal.
